Hong Kong is perhaps the most global city in the world. So it's no surprise the bakeries there are influenced by different bread cultures. Jim's Bakery founder, Oscar Jim, had a vision to bring a Hong Kong styled bakery to America where its citizens would be able to appreciate the diverse and quality products in 1991. Oscar opened up Jim's Bakery and slowly grew the reputation by serving top quality bread and pastries. Today Jim's Bakery continues to uphold the Hong Kong bakery tradition of serving quality and innovative pastries.
